About

I am a digital professional with years of experience in the planning, development, production and administration of large-scale, high-traffic websites and intranets. I specialize in research to drive evidence-based decisions, stakeholder engagement, information architecture and content design. I often work as an extension of internal teams; building capacity, guiding and advising, or jumping in to put solutions in place directly.

I'm based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and collaborate remotely worldwide.

I love grappling with tricky problems to make digital spaces more effective, usable and inclusive.

Recent project examples: 

  • Usability evaluation, testing and recommendations to improve a provincial government agency website.
  • Creating a new intranet for a company of 500 employees, including platform selection, design and implementation.
  • Research and development of a strategy to improve a student application process.
  • Project management and user experience leadership to overhaul a non-profit website, including vendor management, wireframes / UX design, and analytics.  
  • Implementation of a SharePoint sites to help communications staff manage public engagement for over 100 projects.
